When the holiday crush is finally over, and the weight of winter sinks over us, a special time emerges; a period where everything feels stripped bare. Many of us feel a sense of struggle at this time of year. With short days, and often gloomy weather, we wrestle with our sense of purpose, our sense of self, and our ability to sit in discomfort. Often we grind down into these cold months and wish them away, looking forward to the first flurry of spring awakening.
But to wish this time away is to miss a significant opportunity for reflection, Nature, in her infinite wisdom, gives us a beautiful opportunity to rest and reflect and to get grounded and clear. Because when everything else is stripped bare, we can finally see the truth:

This truth matter more than you realize because almost all of us move through life believing that if we could just do enough, work hard enough understand enough, or heal enough, we’ll finally feel at peace, finally be “happy”. But when we operate in that space we often find we are the opposite of happy; we are stressed, burned out, overwhelmed, and confused. We strongly resist accepting reality.
This 6-week course is a guided exploration of how we meet life on life’s terms. Through weekly journaling prompts, guided meditations, breath work, and live teaching and coaching sessions, you’ll learn to release the constant drive for perfection, the daily effort to “fix” yourself, and instead discover a steadier, truer way to live and lead.
Together we’ll explore the themes of suffering, faith, integrity, surrender, and compassion - not just as ideas to think about, but as practices to embody.

6 pre-recorded classes that you can listen to anywhere, anytime. These classes will cover the weekly topic and offer explanation, insights, and my own personal experiences
6 pre-recorded meditations/breathwork practices that you can come back to time and time again
6 live 75-minute coaching sessions on Zoom (recorded in case you can’t make it). These sessions are interactive and will include a meditation and/or breathwork practice. You are welcome to join anonymously and will not need to have your camera on if you don’t wish to be seen or known.

This program is designed to fit into real, full lives, not perfect schedules! There is no award for perfect attendance either! The calls are designed to help you ask questions, get coaching, and dive a bit deeper into reflective practice, but this class will give you a ton of amazing content and insight even if you cannot attend live sessions.

Live attendance is encouraged, not mandatory. Class recordings will be made available within 24 hours of the call. All reflection prompts, guided meditations, and recorded classes stand alone so you cannot fall behind, and you do no need to attend every class.

Who is this class for?
This class is for adults who want to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves, especially those who feel stretched, busy, or a little disconnected from their inner life.
You don’t need prior experience with meditation, journaling, or personal development.
Do I need to attend the live calls?
Live attendance is encouraged but not required.
All sessions are recorded, and you can engage with the material in a way that supports your life and capacity. You won’t “fall behind” if you miss a live call.
What happens during a live call?
Live calls include a mix of guided reflection, gentle presence practices, journaling prompts, and optional group conversation.
There is no pressure to speak or share. You’re welcome to simply listen. You do not need to have your camera on and you are welcome to remain anonymous if you prefer.
Will I be put on the spot or asked to share personal things?
No. Sharing is always optional. You are in control of what, and whether, you share.
Listening is a complete form of participation.
Will it be awkward if other people I know are in the class?
I hope not! This is not a class where you will be called upon to share personal information, unless you wish to do so. Many participants simply listen. A good portion of our call-time is devoted to engaging in reflective practice together which allows participants to keep their cameras off. If you are concerned about privacy in any way, please contact me directly and I’d be happy to talk this through with you!
What if I fall behind or miss a week?
This program isn’t about keeping up.
Each session stands on its own, and recordings are available so you can return when you’re ready. You can complete this program in the allotted 6 weeks, or complete it at your own pace as course materials are yours to keep.
What if I’m new to journaling or meditation?
That’s completely fine!
Everything is guided, accessible, and offered with beginners in mind. There’s no “right way” to do this work.
Is this work heavy or intense?
This work is thoughtful and meaningful, but it’s also gentle.
We focus on awareness, presence, and curiosity; not fixing or forcing change. Some people will find the work brings up new feelings or thoughts. I will be there to support your journey, no matter how it unfolds.
Do I need to be a leader, executive, or coach to join?
No! This class is for humans, not job titles. We welcome everyone.
